Who is responsible

the.diagrams, an architecture and interior design studio in Surabaya, Indonesia. Contact: office@thediagrams.id.

What we collect

Only what you send through the fee estimate: your answers and, if you give it, your email address. Chats on WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp's own terms.

Why

To reply to you about your project. We do not send newsletters and we do not share your details with anyone.

Where it is kept

Your answers arrive as an email in the studio mailbox. This website does not store them in a database or a log. To stop repeat sends, a salted hash of your email address is kept for 24 hours. Nothing else is stored.

How long

We delete enquiry emails 12 months after the last message, unless the enquiry becomes a project.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, 2022) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email office@thediagrams.id and we reply within one working day.
